Our family had a fantastic time exploring the vibrant Lastarria neighborhood filled with cultural gems and mouth-watering restaurants. The hotel staff went above and beyond, especially when we needed early check-out. they arranged a breakfast tray for us. My fiancé and I loved the unique roof-top bar too!
In my wife’s opinion, the room lacked storage space for our family's luggage, making it a bit cramped.

Conveniently located near vibrant neighborhoods, the stay was not without its issues. While the breakfast was a highlight with fresh and tasty options, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. there were stains on the bedding and dust on the floor. The rooftop bar was a nice touch but the overall experience didn't justify the high price point. Despite these drawbacks, the potential of this place shines through, especially with its charming history and architecture.

Ideal spot for a Couple
The breakfast was great, the eggs made to order, can't beat that when you need energy for the day. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed, felt like I was being treated like a king.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still felt justified given the experience.

This place has tons of character! The room was spacious and super comfy. The little rooftop bar was a nice touch, perfect for chilling and enjoying the views. I did face some hiccups at check-in though, but the staff was friendly and tried to help. Breakfast was tasty, especially loved the in-room option!
